Stone Ridge Senior Living – June construction
Here are a couple of shots from different angles. This looks to be the main building of the complex.

After the holiday weekend I’m planning on stopping by and asking about timing for completion.

Jeremy Pargo has announced that he will return to Gonzaga to finish his senior year and graduate. Monday was the last day to withdraw from the NBA draft and Jeremy made his decision and did just that.
Pargo was the West Coast Conference player of the year and it’ll be great to have him back on the court for one more year. Having gone and worked out for six different NBA teams he now has very valuable information to share with his team mates on what it will take to play for the NBA.
It’ll be great to see him play for Gonzaga again and for what ever my opinion is worth. I think staying to finish his degree and have a full senior year is the best move to make.
I’ve done it again !! Found some great pets at a property I was showing. This is just the best area to live in. You can be minutes from a freeway that can get you into the big city in less than an hour, yet your living the farming life.

Goats and bunnies outside and baby chicks in the bedroom, what fun !!!

Oh !! I almost forgot…be careful of goats, they’ll try to chew on anything. Even cameras.

Have you been to Fife’s newest pizza and pasta restaurant?

I was lucky enough to have a business meeting there a few weeks ago and it was great. Not only do they have great pizza, they have a wonderful salad bar and a variety of pasta dishes.

As you can see in these next shots they have plenty of room for your family to sit and relax and a variety of sizes of pizza. From individual pizza’s to large enough to feed a small army.

Well, I missed the May construction update, but I did get a couple of photos. These first two are the demolition of the little brick house that was on the site. They where taken on May 8th.

These shots where taken just a couple of days ago. Things are moving right along. I haven’t spoken to anyone about the time table but they seem to be making progress. I plan on checking with them later this month to see if they are holding to the original schedule. I’ll post an update when I can confirm the info.

Have you been to Edgewoods newest sandwich shop? Oliver’s Sandwiches in the Surprise Lake shopping center.

I went in a few weeks ago and was very pleasantly surprised. I got to meet the owner and his wife. Along with the gentlemen that the establishment is named after, their 6 month old son, Oliver.
Unlike a number of food vendors in the area, these owners are here to stay and be part of our community. They’ve grown up in this region, moved away, and returned deciding this is the place they want to call home and raise their family.
It’s amazing the difference in the atmosphere and service you get from a family owned and operated business.
I was lucky enough to be there on a day when they had some of the Special Avocado Spread already made. So I got to have a Turkey with Havarti toasted in the oven with Avocado Spread. It was great the way they made it, adding freshly sliced tomato and lettuce after it was heated just enough to melt the cheese.
Anyone wanting to be the master of their own sandwich should stop by and let your imagination run wild.
It’s amazing how much can get done in a month. I know I missed the May update and you can really tell the difference.

The first two shots are the front of the building, the next is the back.
